IR Tech Years of experience REQ: 3 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: call only Certs REQ: BLS, ARRT R, Kansas License (LRT) Skills REQ: Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, PACS, Stocks supplies, Aortography, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter removal, Inferior vena cavagram, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Pelvic angiography, Percutaneous Hepatic Angiography, Pulmonary arteriography, Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) of the liver, Renal Angiography, Selective visceral angiography, Stent placement, Angiography of genitourinary system, Catheter/drain exchange, Embolization, Gastrostomy, Internal/external biliary drainage, Nephrostomy, Renal Angiography, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, Uterine Arterial Embolization, Vertebroplasty, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Accessing/Managing Ports, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), Central Venous Lines- Care and Maintenance, PICC Lines- Care and Maintenance, GE Innova IGS, Equipment set up, Prep access site, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Sterile Technique Is on-call REQ? Yes, Weekday- 2 nights a week, weekends- approximately every 5th weekend at 2 locations, Saint Luke's South and Saint Luke's East Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, Regular floating may be required between departments, units and facilities as needed. This position will also help out in Xray when IR is not busy. Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No, home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: GE machine, EPIC EMR, PACS Must have KS license Scrub Color: Provided
