This position requires strong technical expertise, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Candidates must bring proven IR scrub experience, particularly in neuro, and be comfortable working with Siemens and Philips equipment.Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with a wide range of interventional radiology procedures, including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, biopsies, drainages, and vascular studies.
• Scrub for neuro procedures, including stroke interventions, and body procedures in both emergent and scheduled cases.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring accurate clinical history correlation and adherence to physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Siemens and Philips x-ray equipment; assist with PACS and contrast administration protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotation for evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of interventional radiology experience, with at least 1 year scrub experience (neuro scrub experience required).
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted.
• Proficiency in vascular studies/procedures, neuro and body imaging, inpatient hospital workflow, PACS, and contrast protocols.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills in high-stress environments.
• Ability to manage 13–17 daily case load with precision and professionalism.
• Certifications: BLS and ARRT (R).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• ARRT Advanced Certification.
• Experience with EPIC and Visage.
• Prior exposure to outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, and community hospital settings.
• Ablation procedure experience.
