Assigned Recruiter: TownsleySpecialty: Locum- Physician- RADIOLOGYClient Name & Location: Stratum Med (BUT this one is in (IOWA) MercyOne- 179 bed hospital.Practice Location:Medical Associates Clinic1500 Associates DriveDubuque, IA 52002Reason For Coverage: We have re-opened aRadiologistlocum physician need with Medical Associates Clinic located in Dubuque, Iowa beginning July 28Required Availability: Scheduled consists of daytime hours, Monday-Friday (8a-5p). Need 2-2.5 days/week each month as soon as 7/28/26.Credentialing Timeframe: 50 daysLicense: Candidates that ALREADY possess an ACTIVE Iowa License are HIGHLY preferred. Those with the IMLC LOQ in hand will be considered.Job Details:
- Setting/ Patient Volume: Hospital
- Cases: Mostly adult/geri…some peds but very small number
- Procedures: Proficiency in a broad range of diagnostic imaging & interventional procedures: Mammography & Breast Imaging, MSK Imaging and Procedures, Fluoroscopy Exams, MRI & CT Imaging, Pediatric & General Ultrasound, Fluoro procedures to include: UGI, esophagram, lumbar puncture, sniff test to evaluate the diaphragm, fluoro guided steroid injection of the hip/shoulder, dynamic infant hip ultrasound exams.
- Client Requirements: Board Certified in Radiology.
- Staff: Certified Radiology Techs, Ultrasonographers and Mammo techs
- EMR: Cerner
- Travel Accommodations: Will pay all travel
- Name Clear Process: name clear through Trio (name only)
- Sub Process: *Send submission template * After info entered in Trio we will need, CV, 2 completed references on our forms, license (can be online verified), board certification (can be online verified), and covid vax card
- Unique/Credentialing Client Requirements: have booked providers with them. Locum must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment (typically set for 8:30a-5p), which would include administrative paperwork and EPIC Training
- Client History- Success and Obstacles: They will book people out. Lots of opportunities. After we sub in Trio we have to get the 2 ref forms turned in. Let’s work to make this client successful.
- REFERENCES REQUIRED: Stratum Med requires two completed professional references on any presented candidates at the time of presentation. You may use your own company’s locum reference form and share that with us, or you can use our Stratum Med written reference form (found in "Help" area of Trio). We realize this may delay the presentation of candidates being received by us, but this additional information will be required to accompany the CV and the Stratum Med Cover Sheet or else they will be rejected immediately as an incomplete presentation to Stratum Med.
