Certification Requirements: BLS and ARRT R CT required; IN license required

Minimum 1 Year Experience

Special Procedures/Unit Details: X-Ray ExperienceREQUIRED: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower & Upper ExtremitiesPREFERRED: Synapse

CT Experience:REQUIRED: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department,PACS, Abdoment w and/or wo contrast, Pelvis w and/or wo contrast, Chest w and/or wo contrast, Head w and/or wo contrast, Brain perfusion, CT arthography, Vascular CTA, cervical, lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Thoracis, ICU/Portables

Patient Diagnoses: PREFERRED - Neonates, Infants

First Time Travelers Accepted

On call required as needed - 1930-0600
