This position is X-Ray AND CT Tech combined

Start Date: ASAPMinimum Experience Required: 2 yearsFirst time travelers: AcceptedRTO Parameters: Needs to be approved by managerCertifications Required: ARRT R, BLS, NY State License required. ARRT Advanced Cert preferred.Work Setting Experience Required: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department.

Patient Diagnoses: The types of patients we see over the weekend are primarily from the ED and Inpatients with a few outpatient exams possible during the day. Basic x-ray exams like Chest, Abdomen, extremities, etc are normal. CT exams ordered range from routine Head, Chest, Abd/Pel, with CTA's of the Head/Carotid and PE studies being the most difficult.
