Rooms: 7Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience requiredFirst-timers accepted: YesWeekend REQ: Will work weekends as needed per department needsIs on-call REQ? No.Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes.Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No. Open to accommodating block schedule? No.Locals accepted: YesPending State License accepted: YesRTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Travel Candidates can be assigned to 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts. For Travel Candidates confirmed to 12-hour shifts, Client will guarantee a minimum of 36 hours per each one-week work period. For Travel Candidates confirmed to shifts lengths less than 12-hours, Client will guarantee a minimum of forty (40) hours per each one-week work period. Special Requirements: Work Setting Experience Required: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Teaching Hospital, Community HospitalGeneral Skills Experience: PACS, Portables and Biopsies. Equipment/Scanner Experience Required: Phillips. Documentation Systems Experience Required: EPIC. Certifications/Licenses Required: BLS, RDMS-AB, RDMS-OB, RVT

Level 3 trauma.Total Staffed Beds: 317Scrub Color: Dark grayCharting: Epic (Excellian)Parking Cost: Parking: First day park in the Blue Ramp, Parking ticket will be validated for free for first day ONLY. After First Day: Night shift: parking is free in our ramp. Day/Evening Shift: Lot E (approximately 1.5 blocks from the hospital):per 2 weeks for day/evening shift flat lot, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract. Blue Ramp (across from hospital):per 2 weeks for day/evening shift, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract.
