Must be proficient in both CV procedures and EP procedures. (coronary angiograms, right heart caths, Impella, IABP, pacemaker implants, ablations, complex ablations, ect)Shift: 0700-1730Years of experience REQ: 2First-timers accepted: YesWeekend REQ: weekend on call rotation
3-4 per 13 week contractIs on-call REQ? weekday on call rotation

NoLocals accepted: YesPending State License accepted: YesRTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.Special Requirements:Both CV & EP procedures (scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating) - angiograms with complex intervention, CTO, Shockwave, Rotablader, CSI, Hemo Dynamic Monitoring and right heart caths, Impella, IABP, ECMO, pacemaker implants, ablations, complex ablations, Affera, Carto, EnSite.

Level 3 trauma.Total Staffed Beds: 317Scrub Color: Provided by unitCharting: Epic (Excellian)Parking Cost: Parking: First day park in the Blue Ramp, Parking ticket will be validated for free for first day ONLY. After First Day: Night shift: parking is free in our ramp. Day/Evening Shift: Lot E (approximately 1.5 blocks from the hospital):per 2 weeks for day/evening shift flat lot, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract. Blue Ramp (across from hospital):per 2 weeks for day/evening shift, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract.
