Position / Specialty Interventional Radiology Technician

NEURO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out)Years of experience REQ: 18 months experience required; 2 years preferred. Seeking additional Cath/EP experience as candidates may be floated.First-timers accepted: (Y/N) YNational Certs REQ: ARRT and FL state license REQUIRED; AHA ACLS and BLS,. RCIS also preferred in addition to the required certs.Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? On call requirements once a week and once every 6 weekends; Manager will specify during the interviewWill clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) NLocals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same RatePending License accepted: (Y/N) YRTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's 40 hrs for 8/10'sSpecial Requirements: Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.
