REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Minimum Years of Experience: 2 yearsTraveler Experience: Unit will accept 1st time travelersLocals Accepted / Rate Difference: YesSkills: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ICU, Emergency Department, Siemens, Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Colorectal studies (rectal contrast), Intravenous pyelogram, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Chest without and/or with contrast, Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), Carotid, Head without and/or with contrast, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, region of interest measurements (ROI), preparation and/or administration of contrast media, radiation safety, starting peripheral IV s, venipuncture, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal traumaCerts: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, South Carolina License

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Skills: Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Outpatient, Enterography study, Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography), trauma head, aspirations, biopsies, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, vascular CTA

UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC (required), Omnicell

UNIT ORIENTATION: 10 hrs, Monday & Tuesday orientation

SCRUBS: Royal Blue

The expected start date is based on Novant s schedule but is subject to change depending on class and trainer availability. Travelers may start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week, and must be fully available with no other commitments to accommodate any schedule changes. Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed or canceled start.Novant will confirm the final start date on the Tuesday prior to the start week.
