Assignment for 16 - 32 weeks. Radius:less: 51-100 miles Local:less: 50 miles or less " Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance CT/Xray tech: Floating required (may have to float to TCH Ticonderoga campus). A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. The CT unit is a Philips Ingenuity 64. Since the position also requires x-ray coverage, the Rad rooms are both Client with Fuji digital plates. The portable x-ray unit is a Philips digital. Requirements: " Prior travel is required " CT ARRT, rad ARRT, and NY injection cert required " A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, 5 years preferred " EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable " NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks, and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offers Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended " Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April
