4 10-hour shifts, 7:00am- 05:30pmSchedule: Rotating day off.On Call: Every 3rd weekend, 1 dayduring the week = around 8 days permonth.

Must have thorough c-arm experience in ortho and neuro cases.Neuro interventional (stroke) skills, PE thrombectomy/lysis, and trauma bleed embolization skills

Traveler s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital s service area.General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs.Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.I can start the traveler any Monday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.
