National Certs REQ: ARRT and FL state license REQUIRED; AHA ACLS and BLS,. RCIS also preferred in addition to the required certs.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): Yes- May need to float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's 40 hrs for 8/10's
