JOB DETAILS: looking for help with their Electrophysiology (EP) Study and Radiofrequency (RF) Ablation cases. The requested tech would have to be able to do the procedure types (High Tech Scrub and Mobile C-Arm work). Specializes in heart caths and electrophysiology.

CERTS REQUIRED: ACLS, BLS. Fluoroscopy permit if ARRT certified. "Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)

STATE LICENSE: If ARRT, AZ certified Rad Tech license required. If CCI (RCIS, CES, CIS) no state license is required.

POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the CEO and Director of Nursing for Cath Lab Freestanding Facility, the Cardiac Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist performs professional duties involved in a variety of technical procedures and is responsible for all imaging aspects in the Cardiac Cath Lab room. Ability to scrub and pan cardiovascular arterial & venous studies with cardiologist/radiologist/vascular surgeon: vascular angiography, angioplasty, arteriography, electrophysiology, hemodynamic measurements, PPM/AICD insertion and replacements.
