Job Description

SENSITIVE UNIT: Please ensure candidate has reviewed all details in Unit/Job description

SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY/Variable day offWEEKEND: Call only requirementCALL: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend rotation based on staffing volumeFLOATING: Within facility/scope of practice as needed - will float to Cath and EP with required procedures on UDMINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year - Unit accepts first time travelers

CLINICAL SCREEN: Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.

RTO: MAX 7 days

HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Major Holidays are listed below:Memorial DayIndependence DayLabor DayThanksgiving/Black FridayChristmas Eve/Christmas DayNew Years Eve/New Years Day

COMPLIANCE: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule

Locals accepted - same rate

Please Note: Number of Non-Billable Orientation Hours (NBO) is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 19hrs for 19 week assignment)
