- Certifications Required: ARRT, Flouro Permit, BLS, ACLS
- RCIS not accepted
- Block Schedule: Considered

- Orientation: 30 Hours
- Pending State License: Considered with pending Fluoro permits
- RTO Restrictions: Must be approved at submission
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
