Radiology / Cardiology – Interventional Radiology TechnologistLocation: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite)Work Type: ContractPositions: 1Hours: 40 Hours per WeekShift Details• Shift: Day Shift• Timing: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Rotating day off)• Call Requirement:

• 1 primary weekday + 1 backup weekday per month
• 1 weekend every 6 weeks (rotating primary/backup)

The Interventional Radiology Technologist is responsible for assisting in minimally invasive image-guided procedures, ensuring patient safety, and operating advanced imaging equipment.This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Procedures• Perform interventional radiology procedures under physician supervision• Assist in image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures• Ensure patient safety and comfort during proceduresEquipment & Technology• Operate Siemens imaging equipment effectively• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging systems• Ensure proper functioning of all radiology equipmentPatient Care & Safety• Prepare patients for procedures• Monitor patient condition during procedures• Follow infection control and safety protocolsDocumentation & Records• Maintain accurate patient records• Utilize EPIC EMR system (preferred)• Ensure compliance with documentation standardsMust-Have Qualifications• Minimum 2+ years of Interventional Radiology experience• ARRT Certification (Required)• BLS Certification (Required)• ACLS Certification (Required)• Experience operating Siemens equipmentPreferred Qualifications• Experience with EPIC EMR system• Experience in hospital-based IR departments• Strong procedural and patient care skillsCore Competencies• Interventional radiology procedures• Patient care and safety• Equipment handling• Communication skills• Attention to detailWork Environment• Hospital / Interventional Radiology Department• Onsite role in Columbus, OH• Fast-paced procedural environmentAdditional Requirements• Must be flexible with call schedules• Must be open to rotating shifts and weekend coverage• Must maintain all required certificationsRecruiter Submission Template –Full Name: Degree / Certification with Institution and Completion Year:Do you have 2+ years of Interventional Radiology experience?Do you hold ARRT, BLS, and ACLS certifications?Do you have experience with Siemens equipment?Are you open to call and weekend rotation?
