Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiology and CT scans with precision and safety.
Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and relay critical findings.
Adhere to ALARA principles and radiation safety standards at all times.
Ensure patient safety, prepare rooms, and manage contrast administration.
Document procedures, annotate images, and ensure accurate patient records.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly imaging targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning.
Assist in department workflows to optimize throughput and reduce patient wait times.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment and promptly report malfunctions.
Demonstrate continuous professional development and pursue certifications.
Maintain high visibility of work activity through accurate scheduling and reporting.
Provide excellent patient experience by communicating clearly and compassionately.
Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and support colleagues’ development.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed radiologic technologist with ARRT or regional equivalent certification.
Proficiency in performing diagnostic radiography and CT scans with adherence to ALARA principles.
Experience interpreting images with radiologist collaboration and timely communication of critical findings.
Strong patient safety focus and ability to prepare rooms and manage contrast administration.
Accurate documentation, image annotation, and maintenance of patient records.
Ability to meet or exceed imaging targets and participate in pipeline-based planning.
Workflow optimization skills to improve throughput and reduce patient wait times.
Equipment operation, routine maintenance, and prompt reporting of malfunctions.
Commitment to continuous professional development and pursuing relevant certifications.
Excellent communication and patient experience focus, with clear and compassionate interactions.
Active participation in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and supporting colleagues’ development.
