Job Description

Join Our Team as a Radiology Interventional PhysicianElevate your medical career by contributing to innovative interventional radiology care in a dynamic hospital setting. As a Radiology Interventional Physician, you will provide essential minimally invasive procedures, improving patient outcomes and advancing clinical excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a supportive environment focused on quality and safety.Required Skills:

Board Certification in Radiology or Interventional Radiology
Valid PA Medical License and DEA certification
Proficiency in interventional radiology procedures including paras, thoracentesis, line placement and removal, biopsies, abscess drainage, lumbar punctures, and myelograms
Ability to read diagnostic radiology images
Experience working with electronic medical records, specifically Epic
Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff

Nice to Have Skills:

IR Fellowship or extensive interventional radiology training
Additional diagnostic imaging expertise
Experience in a hospital environment with flexible coverage

Preferred Education and Experience:

Post-fellowship experience in interventional radiology
Proven track record of performing a variety of interventional procedures
Minimum of 1-2 years post-fellowship clinical experience preferred

Other Requirements:

Availability to work two weeks per month, with weekday daytime shifts (08:00 16:30)
Willingness to support a multidisciplinary imaging department in a hospital with 76 beds
Credentialing completion expected within 120 days; earlier onboarding possible with SBAR
