Radiology Physician

Opportunity: Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist for a full-time, on-site position within a collegial, well-established radiology practice.

• Diagnostic Radiologist position with opportunity to perform light Interventional Radiology procedures

• On-site schedule: 3 weeks on (Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM) and 1 week off per month

• 12 weeks of vacation per year

• Option to work evenings or weekends for additional pay

• Closed night coverage (handled by vRad)

• Opportunity to precept residents and medical students

• Modern facilities including 128-slice CT, 3T MRI, PET, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Vascular Studies, Echocardiography, Mammography, and DEXA

Candidate Requirements:

• Completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency (and fellowship if applicable)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (must obtain certification within 5 years if eligible)

• Georgia medical license or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact

• Proficiency in CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Vascular Studies, Nuclear Medicine, PET, Mammography, and DEXA

• Comfortable with light interventional procedures (biopsies, drainages, joint injections, etc.)
