Radiology Supervisor

Full-Time | Evening Shift | Boston, MA

$71,510 – $104,000 | Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | Up to $5,000 Relocation Reimbursement

About the Role

Our client is a nationally recognized academic medical center with a longstanding mission to serve all patients, regardless of ability to pay. They're adding a Radiology Supervisor to lead technical and administrative operations within their Diagnostic Radiology department.

What You'll Do

Manage daily work schedules and assign duties to maintain patient flow and hit production goals
Oversee staff operating imaging equipment and evaluate image accuracy and quality
Provide hands-on technical assistance and coaching to the radiology team
Demonstrate new techniques, equipment, and procedures
Collaborate with the Chief Technologist and Radiology Administration Director
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
ARRT certified and registered in Radiography — R.T.(R)
MA Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist
BLS/CPR Certification
Completion of a two-year approved Radiologic Technology program or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred)
Supervisory experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $71,510 – $104,000
Sign-on bonus: up to $15,000
Relocation reimbursement: up to $5,000
