Travel Radiology Technologist Job – North Dakota

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Travel Radiology Technologist (ARRT) for a 13-week travel contract at a respected Critical Access Hospital located just south of Bismarck, North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for an imaging professional looking to enjoy a flexible day schedule while making a meaningful impact in a close-knit rural healthcare setting.

Position Highlights

  • Up to $2,700 per week

  • 13-week travel assignment

  • Day shift

  • Choose between:

    • 4x10-hour shifts, or

    • 5x8-hour shifts

  • 40 scheduled hours per week

  • Critical Access Hospital setting

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations following physician orders.

  • Position patients safely and comfortably while producing accurate diagnostic images.

  • Operate digital radiography equipment and maintain imaging quality standards.

  • Follow radiation safety protocols for patients, staff, and visitors.

  • Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary departments to ensure excellent patient care.

  • Assist with equipment quality control and routine maintenance.

  • Deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages in a rural healthcare environment.

Education & Certification Requirements

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

  • ARRT (R) Certification

  • Current North Dakota Radiologic Technologist License (or ability to obtain before start date)

  • Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)

  • Minimum 1 year of recent Radiology Tech experience preferred

  • Experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting is a plus

  • Strong communication and patient care skills
