Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiographic equipment.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.
Adhere to protocols for radiation safety and patient confidentiality.
Maintain and operate radiology equipment according to safety standards.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Evaluate images for quality and ensure they meet diagnostic standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results.
Document and manage patient records accurately and efficiently.
Engage in performance measurement and target achievement activities.
Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
Strong accountability for individual performance and results.
Ability to evaluate imaging quality and ensure diagnostic standards.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients.
Experience in managing patient records accurately and efficiently.
Willingness to engage in performance measurement activities.
Familiarity with departmental policies and procedures.
