Job Description

Position: Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray TechnologistDepartment: Radiology ClinicalAddress: North Bergen, NJ 07047Duration: 12 Weeks (07/26/2026 – 10/17/2026)Shift: Weekend Night ShiftSchedule: 5 Days/Week | 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/WeekPay Range: $60 - $64/hr.

Manager will review resumes and conduct interviews
Weekend shift position
Weekend, Holiday, and On-Call coverage required
No Floating Required
Scrub Color: Black
Minimum 5 years of Radiology/X-Ray experience required
Active EPIC experience preferred

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
Completion of clinical and A.R.R.T. requirements
Minimum 5 years of Radiology/X-Ray experience
New Jersey State License
ARRT Certification
NJDEP Certification
AHA BLS Certification

Required Skills: Patient Positioning, Anatomy & Physiology, Image Quality Control, Computer Skills, Communication, Adaptability, Empathy, Strong Interpersonal Skills, EPIC.

Job Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations
Position patients and select appropriate technical factors
Operate radiology equipment and portable X-ray units
Perform portable X-rays in patient rooms, operating rooms, and emergency departments
Ensure proper radiation safety and beam restriction techniques
Complete imaging documentation and patient requisitions
Assist physicians with radiopaque contrast procedures
Schedule appointments and maintain imaging records
Support patient transfers, positioning, and safety during imaging procedures
Maintain imaging rooms and equipment
