Radiology Technician

• Proficiency in operating a variety of diagnostic imaging equipment, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines
• Strong understanding of radiologic principles, safety protocols, and radiation protection standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately position patients in imaging procedures
• Good communication skills to explain procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Knowledge of patient confidentiality and data collection regulations
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate effectively with medical staff

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced imaging techniques or specialized modalities
• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent
• Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related healthcare discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on radiology experience in a clinical setting
• Valid state licensure and certification

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current licensure and certification as a Radiology Technician
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Ability to travel, if required, with applicable reimbursements
• Commitment to maintaining certification and continuing education
