Radiology Technologist - PER DIEM

Cottage Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Radiologic Technologist to join our Radiology team and provide flexible, as-needed coverage. This role is ideal for a technologist who values variety in their work and enjoys supporting a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

In this position, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in X-ray, with opportunities to assist in additional modalities based on experience and department needs. CT experience is preferred, but candidates with strong X-ray skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include safely operating imaging equipment, producing high-quality diagnostic images, and ensuring a positive patient experience. You will prepare patients for exams, explain procedures clearly, and provide supportive, compassionate care throughout their visit.

This role involves close collaboration with radiologists, providers, nurses, and other hospital staff, as well as communication with patients and families. You may also coordinate with other departments and external providers to support efficient and timely imaging services.
