Job Description

• Radiologic Technologist General Imaging• Location: Elgin, IL 60123• Job Type: Contract• Hours: 40 hrs/week• Shift: Rotating Shifts• Contract Dates: March 2, 2026 May 30, 2026

Job Summary

The Facility is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join its General Imaging department. This role involves performing diagnostic radiologic procedures for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients in a Level II Trauma Center environment.

Candidates must be comfortable working independently and managing a diverse patient population.

Unit & Patient Information

  • Department: General Radiology

  • Patient Population: Neonate to Geriatric

  • Settings: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department

  • Patient Ratio: 1:1

Schedule & Shifts

  • Weekday Shifts: 10:00 AM 8:30 PM

  • Weekend Shifts: 1:00 PM 11:30 PM

  • Weekend Rotation: Yes

  • On Call: None

  • Holidays: As Needed

  • Floating: None

Minimum Requirements

  • ARRT (RT) Certification

  • Active Wisconsin Radiographer License

  • BLS (AHA) Certification

  • Minimum 1.5 Years Experience

  • EPIC Experience (Required)

  • Client PACS Experience

  • Experience with Siemens, Client, our client Equipment

  • General X-Ray Imaging

  • Fluoroscopy

  • Digital Radiography

  • Patient Positioning & Safety

  • Radiation Protection Procedures

  • Image Quality Assurance
