Join Our Radiology Team as a Radiology Unit (X-Ray and CT) Technologist!Are you a skilled Radiologic Technologist passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working with advanced imaging modalities? Our hospital's dedicated Radiology Unit is seeking a motivated and reliable X-Ray and CT Technologist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a top-tier medical facility, perform critical diagnostic procedures, and make a real difference in patients' lives.What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality X-Ray and CT scans in a busy hospital setting, covering inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient cases.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with 1-2 nights of on-call per week and rotating weekends.
• Respond to on-call emergencies within 20 minutes, providing urgent imaging services as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of 3-4 technologists covering modalities including Mammography, X-ray, CT, and MRI.
• Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to dress code and safety standards.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Radiologic Technologist (TX RT) license.
• ARRT Certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography.
• Proven experience operating X-Ray and CT imaging equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to respond promptly during on-call situations.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications such as Mammography (Mammogram Certification) or MRI.
• Previous experience in a hospital environment.
• Bilingual abilities to enhance patient interactions.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• At least 2 years of clinical imaging experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to mandatory flu vaccination policy.
• Ability to travel locally if needed (some on-call coverage).
