Competitive CompensationWhat You'll DoAssemble, install, seal, rig, and inspect aircraft structural components.Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.Perform precision drilling, fastening, riveting, and structural assembly.Conduct functional testing and ensure fit, form, and function meet specifications.Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.Identify and document discrepancies while maintaining quality standards.Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC fastening equipment.Perform structural inspections, pressure/vacuum testing, and fuel cell sealing (as required).Maintain compliance with FAA, customer, and quality procedures.Support production schedules, train teammates, and assist with continuous improvement.Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing and AOG environment.Skin repair

Removing and replacing Airplane structures
