Raw Meat Dept. - Grind Operator - 1St

Shift: 5:30 AM-6:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $24.10 an hour

• Must have good math skills for tracking of the different blends
• Reading comprehension to be able to follow blends
• Most tasks require bending, lifting and reaching
• Operation of Hydraflaker requires lifting blocks of frozen meat to chest height on a continual basis
• Must be able to lift 80lb repetitively.
• Ability to work in a cool environment of 40 to 50 degrees 8-10 hours a day.
• Able to receive a walkie license.
• Assist in other cells as needed.
• Safety is the #1 responsibility.
• Follow all GMP's and USDA guidelines
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines
• Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
• Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD etc.
• Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead
• SAP documentation
