Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Bounce ABA Preschool Center – Colchester, Vermont
Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA Preschool Center in Colchester, VT.
This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PMPay: $22–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA
- Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions
- Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times
- Follow individualized treatment plans and support each child's developmental goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- RBT Certification is preferred but not required
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism, is strongly preferred
