Job Description
Repack Associate
Location: Aurora, COPay: $19.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PMOvertime: Occasional OT may be available
Position Overview
Our client is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Repack Associate to join their Aurora team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, labeling, and repackaging beverage products to ensure they meet company quality and safety standards.
This is a hands-on position that requires a strong attention to detail, good work pace, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect beverage containers for defects, damage, or contamination
- Ensure products meet company quality and safety standards
- Sort beverages by type, flavor, or other specified criteria
- Categorize products for repackaging or disposal
- Safely and efficiently repackage beverages using designated packaging materials
- Apply accurate labels to repackaged products
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records of repackaging activities
- Perform quality control checks throughout the repackaging process
- Operate repackaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment regularly
- Follow all company safety procedures and established work instructions
- Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous beverage, production, warehouse, repackaging, or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of basic quality control practices
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Ability to lift and move products of varying sizes and weights
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
- Must be punctual, dependable, and accountable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
