Hire Up Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator with strong reach truck experience to support warehouse and production operations in Arvin, CA. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are handled efficiently, orders are processed accurately, and daily production goals are met.Schedule: 1st ShiftPay: $17.50/hour Responsibilities
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Assist with light assembly and production tasks
- Perform inventory counts and material movement
- Support shipping and receiving operations
- Follow company safety policies and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals* Minimum Requirements* *
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reach truck experience (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and work 812 hour shifts
- Basic math skills
