Job Description

Reactions Operator is responsible for producing Savory Flavors using the reactions equipment and filling finished goods containers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Follow all safety requirements, work in a safe manner, and ensure co-workers safety in all areas of operations.

Processing requires the use of various types of scales, pumps, reaction tanks, and mixers.

All records must be kept properly in accordance with the companys GMP guidelines.

Select the appropriate vessel based on the batch size and kosher requirements

Accurately and according to the formula, weight out the amount of raw materials needed. All raw materials must be scanned immediately upon completion of weigh up.

According the manufacturing instruction, add the raw materials into the reaction vessel, mix, achieve and maintain the required temperature and other process conditions per the work instructions.

Select the screen specified by the formula, pack out ensuring accurate weight. Affix the specified labels and palletize per standard operating procedures.

Fill out all production documents with initials and date where required to sign.

Collect the required samples according to the work order instructions.

Following lock-out tag-out and sanitizing procedures, clean and sanitize the equipment and room

Report any deviations from procedures to management

Follow Company GMP, safety, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP and kosher guidelines and procedures.

Education, Training and/or Work Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Forklift--Safety--Respirator Protection---Lock- out Training--GMP

Pre-Employment Screening: Drug screen and background check required.
