🏗️ Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst

📍 Santa Rosa, CA (On-Site)

A growing and well-capitalized real estate investment firm in Santa Rosa is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support deal evaluation, underwriting, and investment execution across a diversified property portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

Analyze new acquisition opportunities and build financial models / pro formas
Evaluate rent comps, market data, and investment assumptions
Assist with due diligence, including financial and property-level review
Support preparation of investment memos and presentations
Track active deals and support transaction execution
Work closely with accounting and asset management to monitor performance

What We’re Looking For

2–4+ years of experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Interest in real estate investments and deal-making
Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

$90K – $120K base + bonus
