A leading global real estate investment firm is expanding its Acquisitions team and is looking to add talent. - Build financial models and conduct property-level underwriting for new and existing investments.*
- Analyze market data, review due diligence materials, and prepare investment committee materials.*
- Support quarterly valuations, portfolio analytics, and distribution waterfall modeling.*
- Assist with mortgage debt solicitation, analysis, and reporting.*
- Help identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities across value-add and core strategies.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Finance, or a related field.*
- 13 years of experience in real estate financial analysis or investment banking*
- Advanced Excel skills
