Someone who can walk into a conversation with a motivated seller, quickly build trust, understand their situation, and confidently guide them to a solution.

What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be the first real human connection for homeowners looking to sell.
Our marketing generates the leads. Your job is to turn those conversations into signed deals.
You will:
- Speak directly with motivated property sellers
- Build rapport quickly and understand their situation
- Evaluate opportunities with our acquisitions team
- Negotiate win-win solutions that help sellers move forward
- Convert conversations into signed contracts
Most of your time will be spent talking to people, solving problems, and closing deals.

If a seller reaches out, we respond immediately.
Deals move quickly, and opportunity doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5.

Benefits
Compensation
Month 1 $3,000 base
Month 2+ $1,000 monthly recoverable draw
Commission Structure
20% of wholesale fee 25% once quarterly revenue exceeds $100K

Office: The Heard Building 112 N Central Ave
Occasional travel to Tucson (about twice per month).
