Job Description
We currently have an opening for a Real Estate Agent to join our Caledonia office. ROLE DESCRIPTION We are one of the top Zillow Flex teams in the state, providing vetted inbound leads to help you maximize the time you spend serving clients rather than prospecting. Your responsibilities include: Meeting with potential buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs Conducting property showings and open houses Guiding clients through the transaction process from contract to close Negotiating offers on behalf of your clients Building and maintaining relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals Using our CRM and technology tools to manage your pipeline and stay organized Following up with leads provided by the brokerage First-year earnings typically range from $67,000 to $103,000 based on transaction type and sales volume.
