We are a growing real estate company that offers its agents the flexibility of being a part-time or full-time agent, with 24/7 support, training, and mentoring…low agency fees. Hiring real estate agents for MA, RI, CT, NH, and ME.The Company: HFM Realty is a fully licensed real estate brokerage that provides exceptional REALTOR services for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties and is known for the great care and real estate service we provide to our clients.

The Position: We’re looking for agents to become part of our group who are positive, willing to learn, train, succeed, prospect for business, and complete real estate sales for all types of clients.

Requirements:
- Must have a real estate license.
- Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
- Able to demonstrate and self-manage your business for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
- On-point and responsive.
- Utilize technology, computers, printers, scanners, email, cell phones, and technology applications.
- Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
- Adhere to HFM business policies and regulations.
The Location: HFM Realty is licensed for real estate services in MA, RI, CT, NH, and ME. You can be an agent in your own town and county, be part of a regional real estate group, and be recognized individually in your sales territory.Why Should You Apply?
