Job Description

Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Worcester, MA | Leads, Support & Growth.
Build your real estate business in Worcester with real opportunities — not just promises.
HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Worcester and surrounding Central Massachusetts areas. This role is ideal for agents who want access to leads, client inquiries, and resources to help them grow and close more deals in a high-opportunity market.
Job Type:
  • Full-time / Part-time.
  • Commission-based.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with buyer and seller leads.
  • Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and convert opportunities.
  • Market and list residential properties.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline.
Qualifications:
  • Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required).
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • New and experienced agents welcome.
