Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Cambridge, MA | High-Demand Market | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap.

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Cambridge and surrounding areas.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in transactions.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market and list residential properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Stay current on Cambridge and Greater Boston market trends.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-demand market.
- New and experienced agents welcome.
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
