Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Miami, FL | Represent a World-Class Market | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap.

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Miami and surrounding areas.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- Work with local, national, and international clients.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market and list residential properties, including luxury and waterfront homes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with luxury or international clients (preferred, not required).
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
- No commission cap.
- No franchise fees.
