Job Description
Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Portland, ME | Leads, Support, Hands-On Training & Growth.
Build your real estate business in one of Maine’s most active and desirable markets.
HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Portland and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want access to leads, client inquiries, hands-on training, and resources to grow their business in a market driven by coastal demand, relocation buyers, and consistent activity.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
Responsibilities:
- Work with buyer and seller leads.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Manage incoming inquiries and convert opportunities.
- Market and list residential properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Active Maine Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Portland / Southern Maine market (preferred).
- New and experienced agents welcome.
