Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert and manage high-intent real estate leads using proven systems
  • Conduct professional buyer and seller consultations
  • Guide clients through transactions with expert market knowledge
  • Negotiate contracts and coordinate closings
  • Attend weekly training and implement sales strategies
  • Manage client pipeline using CRM and automation tools
  • Build referral business and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for growth

Requirements

  • Active Colorado Real Estate License (or currently in licensing process)
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Coachable mindset and open to performance accountability
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to attend Colorado Springs office meetings (minimum weekly)
  • Reliable transportation for client showings
