Active NH License: Holds or is actively preparing for a New Hampshire real estate salesperson license.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead Response: Follow up promptly with buyer and seller opportunities from Zillow Flex, OpCity, and Realtor.com.
Mentorship & Training: Attend hands-on coaching, contract workshops, and roleplay sessions with active leadership.
Showings & Transactions: Host property tours, present offers, and guide clients through the transaction process.
System Building: Use BrokerKit and Constant Contact to organize follow-up and build repeatable habits.
