New agents work closely with top-producing mentors through field training, ride-alongs, and hands-on coaching. Your responsibilities will include: Converting inbound leads from Zillow through prompt follow-up and consultative conversations Conducting 2+ open houses every week to generate business and build your local presence Maintaining accurate records in FollowUpBoss (our CRM) for all leads, clients, and transactions Participating in roleplay training sessions 2-3x per week to sharpen your skills Guiding buyers and sellers through the transaction process from contract to close Nurturing relationships with past clients and your growing network to generate repeat business and referrals OUR KEY DIFFERENTIATORS Top Zillow Preferred Team in San Diego & California for lead volume and closings. We get hundreds of inbound leads in premium zip codes every month. Hands-on coaching and real field training with our mentor team, all of whom are in the Top 5% of all real estate producers in San Diego Advancement into leadership roles - qualifications based on personal production and leading by example.
