Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first time? The Lowry Team is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.

We have leads and plenty of them. New and experienced agents can begin working with multiple clients a month with the leads we provide.

We power agents' success! We have the training and coaching that you need to get your real estate sales career started quickly or to take it to the next level.

Our Custom "Agent Success Academy" Training Program is designed to get you into production quickly.

We use the very best Technology available in the real estate industry.

Compensation:

$75,000+ at plan

Responsibilities:

Show homes, write contracts, negotiate on behalf of clients
Consult with clients regarding the sale of their home
Assist homebuyers in their search for a new home
Constantly monitor real estate market conditions
Help people achieve their real estate goals
Attend all team meetings and training

Qualifications:

Be a team player
Have a positive mindset
Outstanding customer service skills are a must
Be a growth-minded person, always looking to be better
Have a track record of success in a previous job or role
Have an Ohio Real Estate sales license or be actively working to acquire one
