A leading California-based law firm specializing in real estate and provides various services such as litigation, environmental law, corporate, and tax is actively seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their growing team. We are seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years of experience in equity transactions for their Down Town Los Angeles office.Summary In this role, you will handle a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and financing transactions. Your client base will include developers, investment companies and advisors, pension funds, and REITs.Qualifications:
- Experience in at least two of the following areas is required: *
- Acquisitions, dispositions, complex real estate joint ventures, financing, negotiation and preparation of loan documents, and development of commercial real estate.
- ?Excellent writing, organizational and analytical, and communication skills.
- Candidates should be able to work in a team, but also handle significant individual responsibilities.
- Major law firm experience preferred.
- A high level of academic achievement.Admission to the State Bar of California.
