Familiarity with real estate development and joint ventures is advantageous. Applicants should have excellent academic records and exceptional writing and communication capabilities. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are crucial as you will engage directly with partners and clients. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution is required, along with active bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction.
