We are looking for skilled professionals with 3-5 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in handling commercial property and finance-related transactions revolving around mixed-use developments, office spaces, multi-family units, retail properties, and hospitality ventures. Candidates must possess proven skills in drafting and negotiating critical real estate documents such as purchase and sale contracts, leases, loan documents, easements, and various property management agreements. Familiarity with real estate development and joint ventures is advantageous. Applicants should have excellent academic records and exceptional writing and communication capabilities. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are crucial as you will engage directly with partners and clients. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution is required, along with active bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction. Willingness to promptly acquire bar admission for the specific office location is essential.
