What You Will Do: *
Includes but not limited to:
- Assists higher-level real estate specialists with a wide range of real estate services, including Property Management, Acquisition, Appraisals, Appraisal review, Permits and Leasing.
- Performs basic real estate tasks such as title research, appraisal support, relocation assistance, property management, and facilitating real estate transfers/recordings.
- Supports negotiations with agencies, municipalities, utilities, developers, and other entities.
- Aids in property purchase and sale processes, including project site review, negotiation, document preparation, closings, public meetings, and conducting sale/auctions.
- Prepares draft documents, reports, and correspondence; responds to inquiries; maintains records; and participates in required meetings and training.
- Requires knowledge of real estate and business administration; ability to analyze data, prepare real estate documents/estimates, read boundary descriptions; and skill with electronic devices and software.
- An official position description will be given at the time of interview.
24 mos. trg. or exp. in real estate, property management or related field; travel required, must be able to provide own transportation.
- Or undergraduate core program in business administration, real estate, property management or related field; travel required, must be able to provide own transportation.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
