Job Details

We are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a sophisticated commercial real estate practice handling complex transactions across a wide range of asset classes. This role is ideal for an associate with strong transactional experience who enjoys working on high‑value deals and collaborating closely with clients and deal teams.

The position offers exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters, and provides meaningful responsibility within a national practice.

What You’ll Do

Support commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing mattersAssist in representing borrowers and lenders, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenantsReview, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and leasesSupport due diligence and closing processes across complex transactionsCollaborate with team members and clients to deliver efficient, high‑quality legal serviceContribute to the successful execution of multiple transactions simultaneously

What We’re Looking For

JD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law schoolAdmitted or eligible for admission in New York3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experienceExperience representing sophisticated owners, investors, operators, and developersFamiliarity with the full lifecycle of real estate transactionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessionalism in working with clients and investorsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing prioritiesCollaborative team player
